These terms apply to use of fisheyesolutions.com. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

2. Website information is not a binding offer
The website describes capabilities, selected work and general approaches. It is not a binding quotation, guarantee or professional recommendation for a particular business. Timelines, outcomes, availability and fees are agreed only in a signed proposal, quotation, statement of work or contract.
Sending a contact form or brief does not create an agency-client relationship. We may accept, decline or request more information about an enquiry.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, Fisheye branding, graphics, motion, code and original materials are owned by or licensed to Fisheye and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Client names, logos, trademarks and project materials remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for portfolio and informational purposes where authorised. No display grants a licence to reuse them.
You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary informational purposes. You may not copy, publish, sell, scrape at scale, misrepresent, remove notices from, reverse engineer or commercially exploit website material without written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to Mission Control, accounts, storage or infrastructure.
- Upload malware, unlawful content or files you have no right to provide.
- Abuse forms, send spam, impersonate another person or interfere with website operation.
- Use automated collection in a way that burdens the service or violates applicable law or third-party rights.
We may restrict access, preserve evidence and report unlawful activity where appropriate.
5. Information you submit
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of information and files you submit. You confirm that you have authority to provide them for the enquiry or engagement. You grant Fisheye permission to use the submitted material only as reasonably necessary to review, respond, prepare an offer or deliver agreed services, subject to our Privacy Policy and any signed confidentiality terms.
Do not submit highly sensitive, classified or regulated information unless Fisheye has agreed an appropriate secure process in writing.
6. Third-party services and links
The website may link to maps, social networks, portfolio platforms, client websites and other third-party services. We do not control their content, availability, security or terms. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but may change, suspend or remove content or functionality. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may correct errors without notice.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Fisheye is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by reliance on general website content, third-party services or events outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct. Services purchased from Fisheye are governed by the signed engagement documents, which take priority over these website terms for that engagement.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how information is handled. Non-essential analytics are consent-based.
10. Applicable terms and disputes
Mandatory local law continues to apply. A signed client agreement controls the governing law, forum and dispute process for that engagement. For a website concern without a signed agreement, contact us first at info@fisheyesolutions.com so we can try to resolve it with the responsible Fisheye entity.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the website or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published here.
