- Enquiry and project information submitted through our contact form, Brief Builder or chatbot, including objectives, timing, budget range, messages, answers and attachments.
- Commercial and relationship information, such as follow-ups, proposals, quotations, project records, approvals, contracts and payment status.
- Communications and consent records, including internal notes, enquiry status, email delivery status, marketing preference and unsubscribe status.
- Basic technical information used for security and operation, such as browser/device information, referrer, source page, campaign parameters, user agent and a hashed form of the submitting IP address.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and we have asked for it.
3. Why we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to enquiries and take steps requested before a possible engagement.
- Assess briefs, prepare offers, manage client relationships and deliver agreed services.
- Operate projects, tasks, approvals, attendance, leave, finance records and internal access controls.
- Send transactional messages, such as submission confirmations, invitations, password recovery and service-related notices.
- Maintain security, prevent spam, investigate misuse, preserve audit history and troubleshoot the service.
- Understand and improve public website performance when analytics consent has been granted.
- Send marketing communications only where permitted and, where required, after affirmative consent.
- Meet contractual, accounting, regulatory and legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
The applicable legal basis depends on the context and may include consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting a professional agency business. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Cookies and analytics
Non-essential analytics technologies do not load until you select Accept. Selecting Reject does not affect use of the website. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer. We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell personal information. More detail appears in our Cookie Policy.
5. Sharing and service providers
We disclose information only where needed to operate our business or comply with law. Recipients may include:
- Authorised Fisheye personnel and the Fisheye entity responsible for the engagement.
- Hosting, database, authentication and storage providers, including Lovable-managed infrastructure and Supabase services.
- Transactional email and communication infrastructure.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, only after analytics consent.
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers and authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required.
- A successor in a genuine restructuring, merger or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
We do not rent or sell contact databases. Service providers may process information only for the relevant service and under their own contractual and legal obligations.
6. International transfers
Fisheye operates across Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Canada and uses international cloud providers. Information may therefore be processed outside the country where it was collected. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organisational or legal safeguards and limit access to what is necessary.
7. Retention
- Unconverted website enquiries are scheduled for review or deletion after 24 months, unless we need them longer for an active discussion, consent record, dispute, security investigation or legal obligation.
- Client, project, contract, offer and finance records are retained for the engagement and for the period required by applicable commercial, tax, accounting and legal rules.
- Suppression and unsubscribe records may be retained as long as necessary to respect the instruction not to send further messages.
- Internal account and employment-related records are retained while required for operations and applicable legal obligations.
- Analytics information follows the configured retention controls of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymise or securely restrict it.
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, private storage, per-user authentication, role-based access, database access policies, temporary file links, audit records and data minimisation. No system is completely secure, but we review access and take reasonable steps proportionate to the information involved. Please do not share passwords or confidential material through an unauthorised channel.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold personal information about you and provide access to it.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete information that is no longer required.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Provide portable information where the right applies.
- Withdraw consent or unsubscribe from marketing.
- Explain or review a material automated decision, if we ever use one.
Send requests to info@fisheyesolutions.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required by law or to protect legal rights. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
