This policy explains how fisheyesolutions.com uses cookies and similar browser storage. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can remember a choice or support website measurement. Some are necessary for a service to function; others require consent.
2. Our consent approach
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity do not load until you select Accept. Reject is available at the same level and the public website continues to work without analytics. Mission Control and utility/authentication routes are excluded from public analytics.
Your selection is stored locally as fh_analytics_consent. This records only granted or denied. Use Cookie Settings in the footer to review, reject or renew your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics loading and clears recognised Fisheye analytics cookies where the browser allows.
3. Technologies currently used
Essential and functional
fh_analytics_consent- local storage used to remember the analytics choice. It does not track browsing activity.- Secure authentication/session technologies - used only for authorised Mission Control users to sign in and protect their session.
These are required to remember a requested choice or deliver a secure authenticated service.
Google Analytics 4 - optional analytics
Provider: Google LLC. Measurement ID: G-YL10ZWP29F.
When consent is granted, GA4 helps us understand aggregate traffic, sources, approximate countries, devices, pages and four limited conversion events. We configure IP anonymisation, disable Google signals and do not send form values or direct personal identifiers.
Typical cookies include:
_ga- distinguishes a browser; configured for up to two years, subject to browser limits._ga_YL10ZWP29F- maintains analytics session state; configured for up to two years, subject to browser limits.
Microsoft Clarity - optional analytics
Provider: Microsoft Corporation. Project ID: x96i05s5m8.
When consent is granted, Clarity helps us understand navigation, scrolling and usability signals. Strict masking is enabled and public forms, Brief Builder and chatbot content are specifically masked. Clarity may use cookies including _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM; their duration ranges from the session or minutes to approximately one year depending on the cookie and Microsoft’s current configuration.
We do not intentionally use Google Ads, Meta Pixel or third-party advertising cookies on this website.
4. Managing your choice
Use Cookie Settings in the website footer at any time. You may also block or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking essential session technologies may prevent authorised users from signing in to Mission Control.
Browser controls affect only that browser and device. A separate browser, private window or cleared storage may ask for a new choice.
5. Changes
We update this policy when technologies or providers change. The live cookie inventory must be reviewed whenever a new analytics, advertising, embedded-media or social integration is introduced.
